It just felt way too expensive for what they actually did. I don't feel like I got my money's worth

I’ve used Groomit a few times now, and it really depends on who shows up. One groomer did an awesome job and my pet looked great!! But the next appointment felt a bit rushed and wasn’t quite the same. Overall, it’s not bad at all, I just wish the quality was a little more consistent.

I’m probably a little picky when it comes to who handles my dog, but I really liked this groomer. She was super nice, easy to talk to, and didn’t make the whole thing feel rushed. My dog can get nervous around new people, but she was really patient and calm with him, which I appreciated a lot. Overall it felt relaxed and comfortable, and I’d definitely use groomit.me again...

I’ve booked here twice, and both times my appointment time got changed at the last minute (which is really hard to work around). The groomer was friendly and did seem nice, but I just can’t keep rearranging my day around unexpected changes

It was super easy to deal with. There were lots of times open, which was nice because I didn’t have to overthink my schedule or anything. Just kind of picked what worked and that was it

They seemed professional enough, so I don’t want to say it was a bad experience, but I was a little confused because everything felt kind of rushed with my dog. Maybe that’s just how they do things, but I left not totally sure if my pup got the attention I expected.

I do trust them and overall I’ve had a good experience. That said, I do wish they were clearer with their communication sometimes. It can be a little annoying having to ask extra questions or wait to understand what’s going on, but in the end I still feel like they’re reliable.

My pup did seem a little nervous during parts of the appointment though, and I kind of wish they’d taken a bit more time to help him settle in. I booked groomit for my little poodle, the thing I appreciated most was seeing the price upfront. I’ve had other places tack on surprise fees at the end, so it was nice not having to worry about that. The add-ons were easy to understand too, so I knew exactly what I was choosing and what it would cost. The groomer was friendly, arrived on time, and everything went smoothly. I’d use them again, especially if clear pricing is important to you

I noticed right away that everything smelled fresh, and the tools looked really clean too. I tend to pick up on little patterns like that when I’m somewhere new, and this place definitely gave me a good impression.

I was mentally drained by the time I used this, so I didn’t have the energy to deal with anything complicated. It wasn’t perfect, but I did appreciate that they seemed to understand huskies and all their stubborn, high-energy quirks. That made the experience feel a lot easier than it could’ve been.

The cut looked good overall. Clean enough, nicely done. Just not perfect, you know? A few little spots I noticed after. Still a decent experience.

They’ve got a few grooming services that are helpful, but i was expecting more options for my dog. It’s not bad, I just wish there was a bit more to choose from.

I booked Groomit and made a note about my dog’s sensitive paws, then added it again in the notes just to make sure it wouldn’t be missed. The groomer was friendly, and the basic grooming looked fine, but it didn’t really seem like that extra care was taken. My dog came back stressed and kept licking his paws more than usual afterward. I can’t say for sure, but it made me wonder if the request just got overlooked or rushed. I used them specifically because I needed someone to be careful with him, so I’m not sure I’d book again

Scheduling was really quick, and they had plenty of appointment times to choose from. I appreciated that because it feels right when a business makes things easy and respects people’s time.

I loved not having to drive my dog anywhere for once. The groomer showed up on time and did a really good job, so that part was great. I was a little confused by the pricing because it felt kind of high, but in the end it was still worth it for the convenience.

I’ll admit I’m picky when it comes to anyone handling my dog, so I was a little nervous at first. But the groomer was really gentle with her and did a great job keeping her calm, which meant a lot to me. They looked over her coat and ears carefully too. The only downside was that they arrived a bit later than expected, but overall I felt like my dog was safe and in good hands.

I was able to get my booking done in the end, so that part worked. The pages were loading slowly though, which made the whole process more annoying than it needed to be. Kind of feels like the site isn’t being kept as smooth as it should be.
